Since its start in North America, he and his team have expanded their education curriculum to include Europe, where they continue to share their collective wisdom and talent as balayage and business educators. Author of Suite Success: How To Make 6-Figures in a Salon Suite, Ryan shares his tactics for success after rebounding from a debilitating bankruptcy in 2013, detailing how he emerged from the lowest point in his life by finding purpose in his passion. Ryan is also the proud owner of La Jolla’s top Yelp-rated salon, Salon Spruce. In his cottage-like salon, he and his clients feel at home. He continues to work behind the chair, serving his vast array of clientele.
